I started Sommer Camp because I wanted to create the kind of fitness space I knew women truly needed—one that feels welcoming, motivating, and built for real results. Too often, gyms can feel overwhelming, impersonal, or focused only on appearances. I wanted something different.
Sommer Camp was built to give women a place where they can grow stronger, feel more confident, and be supported every step of the way. A space where fitness becomes part of your lifestyle—not a punishment or something you dread.
My passion has always been helping women see what they are capable of, both physically and mentally. Through strength training, guidance, accountability, and community, Sommer Camp was created to empower women to feel their best from the inside out.
This is more than workouts—it’s a place to build confidence, discipline, and a stronger version of yourself.
